Bliv klar til dette. Begynd NU. Lige nu går det stærkt. Mange brancher trues lige nu på forretningsgrundlaget. Gammeldags udbydere/distributører, mellemled, pakke- og ompakningsaktører etc. bliver ”spist”. Tjen selv dine penge. Udnyt dette. Der er en kæmpe omstilling i gang. Fremad.

Den nye tidsalder:

Tag selv hånd om tingene. Afkort afstanden i enhver henseende. Den globale markedsplads er åbnet. Få dine faste omkostninger reduceret og forlang delemarginaler af dine leverandører (hvis du altså ikke SELV kan gå direkte). Fremad.

Lynkommunikation:

Sørg for at give dine medarbejdere (kollegaer) hurtigere feedback end nogensinde før. Jo hurtigere DU kommer videre desto flere muligheder og chancer for at tjene flere penge. Fremad.

Dynamiske arbejdsprocesser:

Effektiviser alle arbejdsprocesser. Fjern “fedtet”. Fjern alt, som ikke bidrager. Vær selvkritisk. Fremad.

Smartdrift:

Sørg for at være ekstrem likvid. Brug midlerne på det værdibærende og gå ALTID efter de hurtige penge (altså på en intelligent måde). Eks.: Gå til bunds i, om et område egner sig bedst til leasing, in- eller outsourcing etc. Arbejd med “flydende” likviditet. Sørg ALTID for at have råd til det vigtigste. Fremad.

Ressource-bevidsthed:

Brug de bedste til det vigtigste. Lad de bedste folk udfolde sig. Tid er jo også en dyrebar ressource – jo hurtigere udvikling desto hurtigere afvikling. Fremad.

Målbarhed (Business Intelligence):

Arbejd med de rette værktøjer. Kun ad den vej kan medarbejderne træffe de rigtige beslutninger. Arbejd med få, men vigtige data. Gør det svære “let”.

Fremover bliver verden mere og mere 24/7. Oveni dette (“en verden, der aldrig sover”) vil priserne falde. Man vil i hvert fald til enhver tid kunne finde åbne alternativpriser. Fremad.

Be ready for that. Start NOW. Right now, it is moving fast. Right now, many trades are threatened on their business infrastructure. Old-fashioned providers/distributors, intermediaries, packet- and repacking handlers etc. are being “eaten”. Earn your own money. Utilize this. A giant reorganization is going on. Forward.

The New Era:

Take care of the matters yourself. Shorten the distance everywhere. The global market is opened.  Reduce your fixed costs and insist on sharing the margins from your suppliers (that is if you are not able YOURSELF to go directly). Forward.

Quick Communication:

Make sure that you give your employees (colleagues) faster feedback than ever before. The faster YOU move forward the more possibilities and chances to earn more money. Forward.

Dynamic Working Processes:

Make all working processes more effective. Remove ”the unnecessary things”. Remove everything that is not contributing. Be self-critical. Forward.

Smart Running:

Make sure that you are extremely solvent. Use the money on value leading things and ALWAYS go for fast money (that is in an intelligent way). For instance: Find out if it is better to use leasing, in- or outsourcing etc. Work with liquid capital. ALWAYS make sure to have money for the most important things. Forward.

Resource Awareness:

Use the best people to the most important. Let the best people expand on themselves. Time is also an expensive resource – the faster development the faster performance. Forward.

Measurability (Business Intelligence):

Work with the right tools. Only thus, the employees are able to make the right decisions. Work with few, but important data. Make the difficult “easy”. Forward.

From now on, the world will be more and more 24/7. Further to this (“a world that never sleeps”) the prices will fall. At any time, you will be able to find open alternative prices. Forward.
